High-Performance Roof Panels, Strong, Lightweight & Energy Efficient
Build faster, span further, and insulate better with our roof panel system.
Roof Panels Built for Safety & Performance
Our lightweight roof panels are engineered to deliver both strength and efficiency. Reaching lengths of up to 10.0 metres, they feature a structural polyurethane core bonded under high pressure between durable Spandek® sheets in Colorbond® or Zincalume®.
With a 108mm profile, the system achieves an outstanding R 4.3 thermal rating (bare) and is cyclone-certified with a permissible stress design load of 3.7kPa by James Cook University’s Structural Cyclone Testing Centre. Designed for practicality as well as performance, our panels are supplied with standard cappings and guttering systems for a complete roofing solution.

Engineering specifications
Our roofing panels have been engineered and tested to meet the highest structural standards, with certification under the Building Code of Australia Appendix. They successfully resisted a nominal test load of 3.7kPa at the James Cook University Cyclone Testing Centre.
Designed specifically for Region C wind conditions, the panels are tested against an ultimate wind speed of 70 m/s with a maximum eave height of 6.0 metres. The system factors in a terrain category of 2, with shielding and topographic multipliers of 1.0, ensuring reliable performance in exposed environments.
To guarantee resilience, the panels have been tested across a range of pressure coefficients, including external wall (0.65), external roof (0.9), internal (0.7), and local pressure (1.5). Under these conditions, the panels achieved ultimate limit state design pressures of 5.54 kPa at 3.6 metres and 1.99 kPa at 6 metres, confirming their ability to withstand extreme weather events.

Applications
Our roof panels are highly versatile and can be used across a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Designed for strength, efficiency, and style, they offer practical solutions for builders, homeowners, and developers alike.
Commercial Applications
With lengths up to 10.0 metres, our panels are ideal for large-scale and high-demand projects, including:
- Schools
- Community Centres
- Churches
- Shopping Centres
- Warehouses
- Packing Sheds
- Livestock Sheds
Residential Applications
Available in a range of lengths and colours (Smartspan®, Colorbond®, or Zincalume®), our panels provide homeowners with both performance and style. Benefits include:
- Faster build times – move in sooner with quicker installation
- Modern roofing designs – stylish finishes to suit any home
- Eco-friendly alternative – affordable and sustainable choice
Fixing method
Our roof panels are designed with an incorporated clip-locking system that makes installation secure and efficient. The female edge of one panel features a hollow recess, allowing the male edge of the adjoining panel to overlap on each face, creating a continuous mechanical join along the full panel length.
Once aligned, the panels are pan-fixed in every pan at each end, as well as along the length of parallel walls, using 14g x 115mm ‘Stromfix x’ screws. These are anchored into either steel or timber supports, ensuring a strong, stable, and long-lasting connection.
Why Choose Our Roof Panels?
Proven Performance
- Polyurethane structural foam used for over 50 years
- Fire-retarded, closed-cell structure (no oxygen to carry flames)
- Monitored for decades with no deterioration
- Same material used in domestic refrigerators (freezers at -20°C)
- Thicker insulation in our panels = higher insulation values
Ease of Build
- Quick “click-in” panel joining
- Uses standard fixing screws
- Compatible with standard gutters
- Incorporates a standard capping system
Energy Efficiency
- Roofs account for 90% of heat transfer in buildings
- Resists heat penetration in hot climates
- Prevents heat loss in cold climates
- Significantly reduces energy use for heating and cooling
Frequently Asked Questions
Our roof panels are built with a structural polyurethane (PUR) core, high-pressure bonded between Spandek® sheets in Colorbond® or Zincalume®. This makes them lightweight, strong, and energy efficient.
With a profile thickness of 108mm and lengths up to 10.0 metres, our roof panels are ideal for wide, open spaces without the need for excessive support structures
Yes. The panels provide a thermal value of R 4.3 (bare). This reduces heat transfer in summer and prevents heat loss in winter, lowering heating and cooling costs
Absolutely. The panels are certified under the Building Code of Australia Appendix and have been tested at the James Cook University Cyclone Testing Centre. They resisted a nominal test load of 3.7kPa and are designed for Region C wind conditions.
Our panels feature an incorporated clip-locking system for quick joining, use standard fixing screws, and are compatible with standard gutters and cappings. This makes installation faster and simpler than conventional roofing products.
